I was walking through Target the other day and was a little stunned to see what looked like the exact same calculator I used in high school, still on sale! Are high school students still using these?!

Why is it that over the last 30 years, phones have gotten infinitely more complex. Adding 5G internet, hi-res touchscreens, endless apps, advanced cameras, GPS, biometric security, AI, voice assistants, integrated payments, and more. And on the calculator side, we’ve gone from the TI-83 to the TI-84.

Are those engineers over at Texas Instruments just collecting checks this whole time?!
