Welcome to the world, baby Ty! Baby boy was born 7 lbs, 8 oz on 2/13/25! Mom and baby are healthy and doing great. Dad is experiencing shortness of breath after doing the math on what college will cost in 2043.

A lot can change in two years! Two years ago, I was 42, single, never married, no kids, no prospects. Today I have a family of four! I credit a lot of the success to being purposeful about what I wanted. I also followed my friend Anthony’s advice which was to be very clear about my intentions with women. I also read a great book by @loganury called How to Not Die Alone. So for those later in life that want these things there’s still hope! 🥰

I’ll be taking paternity leave for the next two months. Luckily, @jennmundia and the PFC team will be holding down the fort to keep bringing you all that delicious personal finance content you crave!
